Refund Policy

1. Our General Policy: Bookings are Non-Refundable

When you book a parking space with Pinnacle Parking, you are reserving a specific space for a specific date and time, often for a high-demand event. This reservation prevents other customers from booking that space.

For this reason, and as detailed below, all bookings are considered final and are non-refundable once purchased. We do not offer refunds for bookings that are no longer required or if you are unable to attend the event.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (“Cooling-Off Period”)

Under UK law, most online purchases are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right does not apply to all services.

Our services fall under the exemption outlined in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Specifically, the right to cancel does not apply to contracts for “services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance”.

As your parking booking is for a specific date, you are not entitled to a statutory cooling-off period or a refund under these regulations.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine errors can occur. In the following specific circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund:

  • Accidental Duplicate Bookings: If you have accidentally made and paid for two bookings for the same vehicle for the same event, we will refund the cost of one of the bookings in full (minus a small £2 admin fee). To claim, you must contact us with the booking reference numbers for both transactions.
  • Incorrect Date Selected: If you have booked for the wrong date in error, you must contact us within 24 hours of making the booking. Subject to our discretion and availability, we may be able to cancel and refund your booking. All such refunds are subject to a £5.00 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the Event is Cancelled: If the event for which you have booked parking is officially cancelled by the organiser, we will issue you with a full refund.
  • If the Event is Rescheduled: If the event is postponed and rescheduled for a new date, your parking booking will automatically be valid for the new date. No refund will be issued in this instance. If you cannot attend the new date, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5. How to Request a Discretionary Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptional circumstances listed in Section 3, please email our customer service team at admin@pinnacleparking.co.uk.

Please include your full name, vehicle registration number, and the booking reference number(s). We aim to process all valid refund requests within 10 working days.
